Visionary Pulse44 LLC partners with schools, youth-serving organizations, and community agencies to prepare young people for life beyond the classroom.
Through interactive workshops, multi-session programs, workforce and college readiness, life-skills development, and youth-centered programming, we help young people build the confidence, skills, and tools they need to navigate adulthood and create their own path forward.

At Visionary Pulse44, we encourage young people to be the driver of their own car.
Being the driver doesn’t mean navigating life alone. Sometimes you need someone riding in the passenger seat to provide guidance. Sometimes you need people in the back seat cheering you on. And sometimes, you simply need to know who you can call when you need support.
The goal is to recognize that you are still the driver.
You decide where you're going, who has access to your journey, and what role the people around you should play as you move toward your goals.

Engaging Older Youth
Beyond the Locker is an interactive professional development workshop that helps educators and youth-serving professionals look beyond student behavior to better understand the experiences, barriers, and needs influencing young people. Participants explore practical strategies for building stronger relationships, increasing engagement, and creating supportive environments where youth can thrive.
Independent Living Project
The Independent Project connects Algebra I and II concepts and Common Core Math Standards to real-life adult responsibilities. Students apply math skills to everyday scenarios such as understanding paychecks, budgeting, planning vacations, comparing expenses, paying bills, managing transportation costs, and preparing for independent living.
Adulting
Adulting 101 prepares young people for life beyond the classroom through practical, real-world lessons on money management, employment, communication, decision-making, self-advocacy, healthy relationships, and everyday responsibilities. Participants gain the tools and confidence needed to navigate adulthood and become the driver of their own journey.
